What are the EVERGREEN NFTs?
“Phygital” is the future of NFTs, so each of our EVERGREEN NFTs will be representative of a real tree being planted. Once an EVERGREEN NFT has been minted, a tree will be planted, photographed & geolocated, and our investors will have access to an online page, where they can follow the story of the project it will be part of. This NFT, along with other future products, will be featured in your Planet Forest.
Rarity modifiers:
EVERGREEN NFTs have different rarity modifiers, which are added during the minting of the NFT. Our rarest EVERGREEN NFT will unlock an international trip to the first holder to an ancient African mahogany forest in Africa! Other NFT rarities will also unlock a host of surprises & discounts, and we will be making investments into various reforestation projects that will earn our EVERGREEN NFT holders ongoing $FRUIT rewards.

Introducing $FRUIT
A new token paired with $FOREST which is rewarded to EVERGREEN NFT holders. We will create a $FRUIT treasury to invest in various reforestation projects, with these investments yielding returns that will be split into 2 investment pools:
A portion is returned into the Forest Financial treasury & the $FRUIT liquidity pool.
A portion is put into our $FRUIT reward pool.
These investments will be made in 3 categories that each reflect the types of trees that can be chosen when purchasing a NFT. These 3 investment categories include, but are not limited to:
$FRUIT returns:
The aforementioned investments return $FRUIT to our NFT holders. The $Fruit rewards will be determined by the profitability of the investments within your NFT category (Grand, Fruit or Earth). These investment opportunities are currently being researched and reviewed, and further details will be announced shortly
Fruit tax
During the months of May to October, there is a fixed sell tax of 25% on $FRUIT. This tax rate changes in the months of November to April, as the sell tax becomes variable at that point. This is a yearly cycle.
In the variable tax months, the sell tax depends on the amount that is being sold every day. For every 20% amount of $FRUIT sold from the reward pool, the rate goes up by 5%. This tax goes towards the main Forest Financial treasury, the $FOREST/AVAX pair, or the $FRUIT investments treasury, depending on the situation.
$FOREST token & $FRUIT
The NFTs can be bought with $FOREST through our internal swap system. The $FRUIT token has a capped supply proportional to that of the $FOREST token supply and is emitted in relative Dollar value of the returns in regard to the $FOREST DEX value at the time of distribution.
Treedom
To bring this project to life, we will be working with Treedom, who will be responsible for planting the trees and enabling our investors to track these.

Unlike the $ROOTS treasury, this treasury has a higher risk plan. It will invest in unproven, new technologies and coins that provide opportunities for higher rewards.
Launch date
Our Evergreen NFTs are currently in development and will be launched in quarter 3 of 2022. Our launch date will be announced shortly.
