Forest Financial is proud to present a three-phased tokenomics plan that focuses on project sustainability.
Phase I
Our project will launch on 28 June 2022, with $FOREST, YieldTrees, and $ROOTS.
$FOREST: An Avalanche Network-based token paired fully with $AVAX. $FOREST is the basis of our ecosystem and the entry- and exit point of our other tokens and products.
YieldTrees: Our revenue-generating assets which generate $FOREST and provide bonuses for holders.
$ROOTS: A token mathematically designed to generate a guaranteed profit when held long term. This token can only be purchased using $FOREST, via our internal swap system.
How does it work?
Investors purchase YieldTrees using a mix of AVAX and $FOREST. These funds support Forest Financial with protocol-owned liquidity, to kickstart the project.
How do I earn a passive income?
The YieldTree generates $FOREST tokens starting immediately after launch.
These tokens can be claimed or can be compounded into additional YieldTrees, to increase your earnings.

How do I use my $FOREST?
$FOREST can be utilized within our internal ecosystem, by for example, automatically swapping it into $ROOTS without paying claim taxes.
Alternatively, these can be sold in exchange for AVAX.

The $ROOTS token can only be bought from the Forest Financial protocol.
Our internal swap platform facilitates swapping $FOREST for $ROOTS and vice versa.

These funds have provided the capital we need to create a sustainable project. These funds are being used for Forest Financial marketing (new investors), research (new & unique utility), as well as investor rewards.
Treasury
With over 20 years of experience in Traditional Finance and Entrepreneurship, our Treasury Manager brings a wealth of knowledge in regard to risk management, business strategy, and portfolio creation. With his expert treasury management, we have built a robust treasury that will allow us to create a cushion for our investors during severe market volatility.
Multiple investment strategies are being devised to support the growth of the treasury while ensuring ongoing, realistic returns. These initiatives will be shared with our community as they are finalized, with these plans including potential deals with VCs and promising DeFi projects. Forest Financial will also be using our advanced ecosystem and resources to support the launch of promising DeFi projects.
Emergency vault
To create a sustainable operating model that can withstand any financial market volatility, a set (TBD) percentage of our treasury funds will be allocated to the Forest Financial emergency vault.
Phase II
After our launch, we will move into the second phase of our protocol. Here we will continue to increase the number of utilities we offer, with the introduction of:
Evergreen NFTs
$FRUIT
Evergreen NFTs: "Phygital" NFTs, with each EVERGREEN NFT being representative of a real tree being planted & reforestation investments.
$FRUIT: $FRUIT is a new token paired with $FOREST which is rewarded to EVERGREEN NFT holders.
We are going to create a $FRUIT treasury to invest in various reforestation projects, with these investments yielding returns that will be split into 2 investment pools.
A portion is returned into the Forest Financial treasury & the $FRUIT liquidity pool.
A portion is put into our $FRUIT reward pool.

Phase III
As the protocol shifts to a more mature state, we will move into Phase 3. Here our protocol will continue to expand and evolve, as even more utilites are included into our ecosystem.
This will increase sustainability for our current investors while ensuring $FOREST continues to gain traction amongst new investors. Our revised marketing strategy will focus on reaching investors from traditional markets (Forex, stocks, real estate, indexes), as we educate them on the DeFi landscape through our Forest Academy, and encourage them to invest in Forest Financial.
Marketplace & Academy
We believe it is important to create a safe and qualitative ecosystem in DeFi to offer new & existing projects the opportunity to benefit from our market position. By incorporating these projects in our NFT marketplace and Forest Academy we aim to support our internal economy with $FOREST as its base currency.
Growth campaigns
If we want to help projects flourish in a safe environment, it is important for us to give them the tools and knowledge they require. Many new protocols are set up by a small team of people that do not always have the skill to cover every part of a DeFi project. In the case of Forest Financial, we started as a founder team of developers. At that point in time, we could only do so much in marketing and product design.
Fast forward a few months and we now consist of a talented team of individuals with decades of experience in treasury management, development, design, project management, marketing, and financial planning. We understand the struggle a new project faces, especially in a new environment such as DeFi. Starting in Phase II Forest Financial will offer growth campaigns to new projects that have very promising ideas but do not have the resources to execute them.
New protocols that meet our requirements and need assistance can request to be given a dedicated growth campaign in Planet Forest, our dApp. We are then able to offer them the following:

Forest Financial supports the project financially by lending them a portion of our treasury allocated to investments. An ROI + time frame is decided upon by both parties and we are able to reduce a lot of our risk involved by taking deposits of digital assets such as social media accounts, smart contract code, and even physical assets; real estate properties, stocks, company shares, etc.
Benefits for our ecosystem
Any protocol belonging to a growth campaign will be considered to be part of the Forest Financial sustainability ecosystem and benefit from unique opportunities, both within DeFi, but also extending into the real world. Parts of their protocol can be integrated into the Forest- Marketplace and Academy, and $FOREST specific utilities are created to offer long-term usefulness to our ecosystem.
Utility for investors
Growth campaigns are good for our ecosystem and help the treasury grow, but what about the individual investors? How are they able to directly profit from these campaigns?
When a project approaches us for a growth campaign, multiple ROI tiers are set up to be presented to our community. Planet Forest offers a list of currently available campaigns that anyone can enter at any time. All relevant information is available on the project campaign page, as well as the ROI tiers that reward the investor for lending higher amounts of funds. Forest Financial attaches a Risk Assessment Level to every campaign.
The investor lends an amount in $FOREST to the project, after which we will pool this money and either swap it for other assets from our treasury, or give them $FOREST to use within our ecosystem. The investment's progress and daily project updates can be tracked from the Planet Forest dashboard. Lenders also gain access to exclusive information and early access to new features of the project. Before ANY project gets a growth campaign, we will perform extensive background checks and require full doxxing along with the aforementioned deposit of assets to safeguard (y)our investments.
Confidentiality
In some cases, a protocol may want to choose to hide their product from the public to keep an edge in the market until release. We are still able to offer them growth campaigns, but limited information is available to our community. To offset this risk, we ensure any investment into these growth campaigns up to a predetermined percentage. The investor will automatically receive their insurance payout if the campaign goes south. Every confidential campaign is subject to the same strict requirements as our public campaigns, meaning that the risk levels are very low, to begin with.
