🏢Forester HQ

To look after the YieldTrees, we must build a Forester Headquarters to house the Foresters. These HQ's can be placed in any of the continents in the Planet Forest app. YieldTrees are planted together around these HQ's.

The first headquarters is free of charge, but the creation of any additional Headquarters require a one time payment.

Capacity

Every level of a HQ allows for another 5 YieldTrees to be planted. If an investor wished to plant more, they must either upgrade this existing HQ or place a new one.

A HQ can be upgraded twice, to hold a total of 15 YieldTrees.

What does it cost to buy/upgrade a HQ?

$FOREST = 2 * the current max YieldTree capacity.

Investors who purchased 6 or more YieldTrees in the preasle will receive their first HQ with level 2.

How many Headquarters can a wallet create?

5. This means it can have up to 75 YieldTrees if all of the Headquarters are fully upgraded.

Are Headquarters transferable?

Headquarters can not be transferred to another wallet address.

Can unclaimed $FOREST be used to purchase an upgrade/new HQ?

Yes.

Solving a market-wide issue

The main problem of most node projects is that nodes are compounded too quickly, leading to overhype and so called "kicking the can down the road" before the project dies off.

Because our project offers so much more than YieldTrees, we can add a speedbump to compounding in the form of Headquarters. Investors are asked to use their generated $FOREST in other areas of Forest Financial, such as $ROOTS and Evergreen NFTs. It also makes for an extra element in the narrative of Planet Forest for future expansion.
